Delivery Information
A. Order Processing
All orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
B. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days. The total time from order to receipt should not exceed 14 working days.
C. Shipping Method
Your order will be shipped via air freight.
D. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders.
E. Incorrect or Changed Delivery Address
Providing an incorrect address or requesting a delivery address change may result in an address amendment fee.
Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order confirmation email is sent. You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within two days of the dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@muxtool.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.
