Payment

MuxTool accepts online payments via the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Payment will only be charged to your account once the physical goods have been dispatched or the digital product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or specified in the order.

Authorised Holds

When using a bank or credit card, the transaction amount will be temporarily reserved. This amount will remain on hold until the online shop processes and dispatches your order. Once the order is shipped, the payment will be deducted from your account.
The duration of the hold depends on the product/service.

Debit Card Authorisation

If you use a debit card, the transaction amount may be temporarily reserved, reducing your available balance.
If you or the online shop cancels the order, the shop will not deduct any funds from your account, but the reserved amount may remain visible for a certain period.
Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can release such a hold.

Credit Card Authorisation

The amount will be deducted from your account once the online shop processes and charges the payment for your order. The transaction will then appear on your statement.

Delivery & Shipping

Your order will be delivered within 15–30 working days.
MuxTool uses Yanwen, Yun Express, PostNord, and Posten to ship your orders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product's weight.
You can choose between home delivery or delivery to a nearby parcel collection point.
You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.

Returns Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

MuxTool offers a 14-day returns policy for products purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or specified in the order.
The 14-day period begins on the day of delivery.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice.

To initiate a return, please email us at: support@muxtool.com. Clearly state in your message that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are responsible for the condition of the goods and any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
This means you may only test the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product is used beyond this reasonable inspection, it will be considered used, and its value may be reduced. In such cases, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all. MuxTool will assess the product's condition.

Warranty

Products come with a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law. The warranty covers defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Any complaints regarding defects must be reported to MuxTool within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. We consider one month to be a reasonable period unless otherwise agreed. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
The warranty becomes void if the product has been mishandled or used improperly.
MuxTool will cover return shipping costs within reasonable limits.
